Tender For Renovation, Furniture, Electrical Data Cabling Work And Air Condition Piping Work Of Shela Branch Under Regional Office Ahmedabad P/F Solid Wooden/ Partly Glazed Partitions- Basic frame work: 2’’ x 1.5’’ Salwood/ aluminium sections at maximum 600 mm horizontal & vertical Spacing as per site conditions. Wooden/ aluminum members of partitions shall be rigidly fixed to the Ceiling, Floors, Beams, Doors & the Side Walls, whichever is applicable. The frame work shall be coated with anti-termite treatments or chemicals. Skin Membrane: Single layered 6 mm thick MR grade plywood on each face. Finishing: Both side finished with 1 mm thick laminate sheet of same or combination shades as per instruction with 4’’ high skirting at top & bottom of Bank’s pattern (Blue & Red). Glass:- 5mm thick for full height and 12mm thick glass for low height partition. 4 feet High Partition - P & F low height 4-0 partly glazed partition with 3-0 ht. wooden partition and 1-0 ht. 12 mm thk. clear float glass above the wooden portion fixed with 1.5x1 teak wood beading finished with melamine polish. 5 feet height partition: - Full solid upto 5 feet height. The open edges are to be blocked by teak wood bead of required size and design. All provisions to be made for all electrical, networking boxes onto partition framework at required heights/levels with necessary additional supports as directed. Cash Cabin Partition with door: - Providing and fixing the intermediate, front, and rear partition of cash cabins which shall be of same specification as Solid wooden partly glazed partition of item no.1.1. but upto 7-0 ht. with 12mm thk glass at front side and 8mm glass at sides and backside. Details of partitions are as under:- Front side partition shall have customer top of 1-3 wide ledge projecting 6 on customer side at a height of 1-3 above the desk/ working top thus making 3-9 ht. from the finished floor level. Glazing of 12mm thick glass starts from 3-9 upto 6-6 with pencil polish edges. Providing cutout of size 12 x 4 at the central bottom part of glass at transaction top level so as to allow transactions. Providing 6 dia hole at the height of 46 from finished floor level so as to allow conversation between cashier and customer. The side/intermediate partition- Glazing of 8mm glass start from 3’ to 6’-6’’ and shall have an opening of 8 x4 in the partitions at 3-0 level with the ledge of 1-0 wide projecting 6 both side. Back side partition shall have similar specification of side partition (excluding ledge) but Rate includes providing and fixing of 25mm thick partly glazed door of size 2-0 x 6-6 at rear partition with necessary fitting i.e. lock, latches, door handles, door closer, stopper etc. Skirting it to be done with approved color laminates. Front Glass barrier on Tables- Providing and fixing front partition of SWO counter above the working top (from 2-6 to 4-0 ht.) with one no. of 12mm thk float glass leaving 2 gap above working top. The glass shall be fixed to the side partition by means of D SS bracket as required/ directed. P/F Solid Cement sheet Partitions including doors with outer side laminate and inner side OBD Paint(Server room, UPS room) Basic frame work: 2’’ x 1.5’’ aluminum sections at maximum 600 mm horizontal & vertical Spacing as per site conditions. Aluminum members of partitions shall be rigidly fixed to the Ceiling, Floors, Beams, Doors & the Side Walls, whichever is applicable. Skin Membrane: Single layered 12 mm thick cement sheet on each face. Finishing: Outer side 1 mm thk laminate and inner side finished with putty, primer and 2 coats of OBD paint.
