Tender For Decorative Item Of Lodge For Various Occasions Purpose At Sugandhya Gram Panchayat - Supplying Fitting & fixing of 2-Track/3-Track Aluminium sliding Window of all Aluminium sertions viz, window frame (top,bottom & side frame), shutter (top, bottom, side & interlock member) made of aluminium alloy extrusious cooforming to IS 733-1983 & IS 1285-1975, annodised conforming to 15 1868-1983, fitted with all other accessories viz. PVC roller, EPDM gasket, maruti lock, screws etc. including labour charges for fitting & fising of aluminium 2-track/3-track sliding window with fixing of gless texcluding cost of glass) all complete as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 10-12 Micron thickness Annodizing film Natural white Supplying bubble free float glass of approved make and brand conforming to 15: 2835-1987; (B) coloured, toughened glass conforming to IS: 2553-1992 (part-1) Gi Onun thick Providing and fixing of false ceiling with powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system (E-Grid U-1520 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mici spas dellection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger sparing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of Mam Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200 amm/600 mm long and Wall Angle. The Wall Angle shall be fixed on PVC Dosh Fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300m c/c. The Main Runners to be placed 1200 mm. The Cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre-cut slots of Main Runner at a regular uterval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200mm X 600mm. Additional Cross Tees of 600 mm shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200 mm long vo finally form a grid of 600 mm X 600 mm. Grid of module size 600 mm X 600 mm shall be supported by 6 mm dia G.L wire from puurlins/soffit. 15mm thick OW Acoustic Board (Mineral Fiber Acoustic Ceiling Tilest of approved patern and size 595mm X 595mmm with NRC valta: > 0.65 should be placed in the Grid module to form a False Ceiling, All complete as per the drawing & directions of Engineer-in-charge. Acoustic False Ceiling (with Limm thick OW Acoustic Board and E-Grid U15201 Rendering the Surface of walls and ceiling with White Cement base AVATER PROOF wall puity of approved make & brand. (1.5 mm thickd Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface includung scraping the same thoroughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturers specification.
