    Bids Are Invited For Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products - 1577247; As per the scope of work; Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC); As per the scope of work; Yes CAMC FOR HEAVY LOAD ASRS INSTALLED IN SH-14 OF MO(KOCHI All breakdown call shall be attended within 24 hours from the time of complaint. There will be dedicated Engineer and Technician to address the service request from the customer. (b) The maintenance contract is essentially designed to perform the routine maintenance service by the service engineers/ technicians involving a general check up and periodic adjustments and to get a trouble free performance as per the service schedule. 04 preventive maintenance visits in a year is to be carried out. (c) One qualified technician to be made available inside Material Organisation, Naval Base, Kochi 682004 in order to rectify complaints on the spot. The technician deputed should produce original ID card and original RC book of the vehicle if any, for permission to enter Naval Base. (d) In addition to schedule number of service calls (four preventive maintenance visits per year), any numbers of emergency brake down calls should also be attended and should be attended within 24 hours of reporting. (e) All servicing will be carried out during working hours/working days of MO(K) (f) Annual Maintenance Contract proposed to be concluded is comprehensive in nature. Supply of all mandatory spares and consumables required for maintenance are to be provided by firm free of cost. (g) This contract excludes work /repairs necessitated due to accidents, or mishandling of equipment. (h) Status of equipment will be ascertained by the firm at the beginning of the CAMC period (within one month of placement of contract). Total Quantity :
