Construction Of Road No 6 (Part) And Other Miscellaneous Work At Industrial Area Chakeri Ii In Distt Kanpur Nagar. - Dag belling 15 cm deep in one line with flags and jhandies including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge. 2 Making Level Pillar average 0.50 m height (average ) or as directed by the Engineer In Charge with Brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar, Plastering with 1:6 cement and fine sand mortar in road side face and top of pillar and also including painting to demarcate thickness of each coat of metal. 3 Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechincal transportcarted from out side of Industrial Area also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete. 4 Construction of embankement with approved material obtained from availabe land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in- Charge and as per Techinal Speciation Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads spreading , grading to required slpoe and comacted to meet requirement or Table 3001.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specificatio clause 301.5 as per 5 Construction of Granular Sub Base by Providing Coarse Graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motar grader on preapared surface, mixing mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vabratory Roller to achieve the desired Density complete as per Clause No - 401 and also supply of all material labour and T&P etc as required for proper completion of the work. (Clause 401) 6 Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting Graded Stone Aggregateto Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base course on well preapared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve desired density and also supply of all material labour and T&P etc as required for proper completion of the work. (Clause 406) 7 Provinding and applying primer coat with SS-1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 Kg/Sqm. Using mechanical means 8 Provinding and applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG - 10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 9 Providing and laying 75 MM Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with Bituminous binder @4.50% of the mx, tronsported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clause501.5,501.6 and 501.7 to achieve desired compaction, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work. (Clause 505) 10 Provinding and applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG - 10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 11 Providing and laying 40 MM thickBituminous Concrete with 100-120 P TPH batch type HMP prouding an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 5.2 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, tronsporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, to achieve required compaction as per MORTH SpecificatioN Clause no -507, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work. 12 Providing and Laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick including reflactorising glass beads @ 250 gms per SqM area thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finish surface is to be lavel, uniform and free from streacks and holes as per MORTH Specification no ;- 803. 13 Supply and fixing of reflective raised pavement marker with its body surface made of tough ASA (Acrylic styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (Hi- impact Polystyrene) or acrylonitrile butadiens styrenc (ABS). The marker shall supported a load of 1335 kg tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 and its reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Retro reflecting surface shall preferably be 351 5° to base and area of each retro- reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.0 sqcm road studs shall be legibly marked with name trade mark or other means of idenfification of the manufacturer.
