Jobs to be carried out as per guide lines/work instructions of Engineer In-Charge of AMNS during Capital Shutdown 2. Jobs to be completed timely and safely as per the AMNS In-Charge 3. Working hours per shift -12 Hrs (including 4 Hrs OT), Timings are 8 AM to 8 PM (day shift) and 8 PM to 8 AM (night shift) 4. OT 4 hrs shall be given for one shift duty that is 8 AM to 8 PM or 8 PM to 8 AM 5. Prior intimation will be provided before 10 days from the date of work commence 6. Contractor must comply FPS standards of AMNS and other details are as per the enclosed annexure. Scope in breif: Dismantling / Erection/ Fabrication of mild <(>&<)> medium structural members which includes MS plate, chequered plate, beams, channels, gratings, platforms, hand rails, ladders at Kirandul BP as per the instructions from engineer In-Charge/as per the AMNS drawings / sketches. Fabrication/ erection jobs shall be performed at heights. Necessary approaches/ladders/platforms etc to be arranged by contractor. Required materials shall be provided by AMNS. Special Terms<(>&<)>conditions: 1.Supply of relevant PPE such as Helmet and Safety Shoe under Vendors scope 2. The contractor shall ensure personal protective equipment to his employees is properly used and well maintained 3. Tea, Snacks is under vendor scope during job execution. 4. To <(>&<)> Fro Travelling and Food is under vendors scope. Local Conveyance <(>&<)> Accommodation shall be provided by AMNS 5. Good Safety Practice <(>&<)> Training to be imparted to Workmen as per the Safety Policy of AM/NS/as per the guidance of AMNS In-Charge. 6. SAFETY Induction shall be provided all workmen by AMNS Safety officer prior to job start up 7. All statutory requirements to be fulfilled in line with Chhattisgarh Govt.,. 7. Insurance <(>&<)> Safety of Workmen is under Contractor’s scope 8. Medical Fitness certificates to be submitted to AMNS. 9. Insurance <(>&<)> PF details must be submitted to AMNS for gate entry otherwise not allowed
