    Tender For Repair / Replace Of Sinter Cooler Pallets, Chain Links And Air Sealing REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT TO C-21 VIBROFEEDER TRAY. ENSURE SHUTDOWN AND ELECTRICAL DISCONNECTION OF C-21 SINTER VIBRO-FEEDER MOTOR BY THE AREA SIGHT IN CHARGE / SIGHT SUPERVISOR. DISMANTLE BOTH SIDE VIBRATORS AND LOWER DOWN THE VIBRATORS TO GROUND FLOOR AND KEEP ON A CLEAN AREA. TAKE OUT THE TROLLEY WHEEL LOCKS OF C-21 SINTER VIBROFEEDER TRAY. PULL THE VIBRO-FEEDER AND TAKE OUT THE VIBRO-FEEDER TRAY. PLACE THE NEW SINTER VIBRO-FEEDER TRAY AND PUSH THE TROLLEY INSIDE. LOCK THE VIBRO-FEEDER TROLLEY WITH THE LOCKING BLOCKS. ENSURE PROPER TIGHTNESS OF THE LOCKING BLOCKS. REMOVE THE BOLTS PROVIDED TO HOLD THE SEALING RUBBER AND REMOVE THE DAMAGED RUBBER. CUT THE RUBBER AS PER SIZE. FIX THE RUBBER AND ADJUST TO A MINIMUM GAP BETWEEN SIDE WALL AND RUBBER. APPROPRIATE SCAFFOLDINGS ARE TO BE ARRANGED BY THE PARTY. 1 EA= THE ENTIRE SCOPE OF WORK
