MOC & TC needed for valve. 15 CIDF 90°bend-1no., CI flanged tee-1no. blank flange-1no., CI/ MS flanged short piece 0.50 mtr.-1no, CI/ MS flanged pipe 1 mtr. -1 no. et cas required (as per IS specification and certification registered) for construction of delivery pipe line and wash out line. 16 Heavy type 250mm dia split type tube well cover with 12 mm thick clamping arrangement including holes of column pipe, air pipe and cable entry with 2 sets heavy type suspension clump, nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design. 17 Pressure gauge 102 mm. dia and 7 kg. /cm2 range, brass cocks and fitting complete (Make- H.Guru) 18 Supply and delivery of 100 Amps male female kit Kat fuse unit. 19 Incresseing the existing tube well Casing height up to a standard level as per direction of EIC. 20 i)For Dia of 250mm. 21 Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size or MS angle busket and nylon rope of required length includingsupplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials. 22 Supply & Making necessary GI Medium pipe (dia of pipe not less than 32mm)protection for submersible cable from kiox box to Submersible pumpincluding supply of all specials and complete the job. 23 Installation of above pump motor, valves and specialsincluding supply of cable gland, sockets and power line connection to the existing Starter, etc as required to complete the job as per direction and up to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. 24 Making brick pillar supporting pipe line (10 x10x 4ft/ Suitable height) by first class brick work with plaster & net cement punning complete including earth cutting, supply necessary materials, ramming as per direction of EIC. 25 Making of tubewell foundation (size- 3x 3x 3.5 approx) as per site situation including supply of necessary materials as bricks, sand, cement, stone chips etc. with plastering & neat cement finishing to complete as per direction. 26 Making foundation for Protecton Box. 27 Supply & delivery of M.S Kiox box for installation of chlorine machine & Pump Starterat out side consist of 16 SWG M.S sheet (size- 4x 21/2x 4) and the frame consist of 11/2 x 11/2 x 5 mm thick and 11/4 x 11/4 x 5 mm thick M.S angle after welding finished by powder coated paint as per direction. 28 Making brick foundation (size- 4 x 21/2 x 11/4) for installation of M.S Kiox box with supplying bricks, sand, cement etc including plastering and neat cement complete as per direction. 29 Supply and fitting fixing of 45 watt. LED light fixture set[Make: Philips (Type- BRP)/ Havells/ PHED approved make] with 40 mm dia x 1.5 mtr. long G.I pipe fixed on the top of the iron structure frame with clamping arrangement including making power connection with supply & drawing 2.5 sq. mm FR grade flexible copper wire through PVC casing/conduit with drawing earth conductor (1.0 sq mm copper flexible wire), S&F of 15 amp switch with pvc board including electrical connection & testing complete as per direction of EIC. 30 Trial run as per departmental operation & guarding by engaging skilled operating personnel for 3 Months.[1 Operator at each pump house.]. 31 Add GST @ 18% 32 Add Cess @ 1%
