B) Machine Cleaning: Removal of rust, dust, oil, grease, chips, scales, muck on the equipment like Machine Tools & Accessories, Spares & Assemblies, Material Handling Equipment and applying of lubricants where required. C) Shop Floor House Keeping: Clean the Shop floor neatly. Removal of total muck, garbage, Scrap, waste material regularly as identified by the Shop In-Charges and arranging the material in orderly fashion. D) Chips Removal: Clean the metal chips/ turnings from in and around the Machines, Pits. Collect the chips in to Bins and transfer all to the Specified areas, keeping back all the empty bins in position. Clean the area of all fallen chips. 3 The Contractor shall deploy responsible Supervisor with Job knowledge, who shall interact with Engineer In-charge or his/her representatives for desired output and quality of the work to the satisfaction of VSP Engineers. 4 The Contractor shall deploy responsible Supervisor with Job knowledge, who shall interact with Engineer In-charge or his/her representatives for desired output and quality of the work to the satisfaction of VSP Engineers. 5 Materials shall be dumped / placed at the designated places only. 6 The Works shall be deployed normally in A, G & B shifts on all Working days. If necessary, Contractor shall deploy the workers on Sundays, Holidays & Nights also. 7 Consumables like lubricants, greases, solvent, brushes, cloth, brooms and cotton waste etc., will be provided by VSP at free of cost.
