Tender For Special Repair To External Electric Supply At Mendhar Under Ge 881 Ews; 1 Dismantling and taking down carefully un servicableAB cable of any type & size from over head line or HT/LT poles, complete all as specified & directed. 2 Dismantling of old damaged LT /HT poles of any description in any position including taking out poles, ACSR conductor of any type, insulators, cross arms etc, complete all as specified & directed. 3 Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m deep in soft / loosesoil for laying of underground cable, foundation of poles & stays etc., and getting out,complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide andexc. 1.5m deepbut not exc. 3.0 mtr deep in soft / loosesoil for laying of underground cable, foundation of poles & stays etc., and getting out,complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm, complete all as specifed. 6 Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified. 7 Sand cushioning to underground cables complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I laid before and after laying of cable, complete all as specified. 8 Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed. 9 PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix), type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete for pole and stay / instalation path, complete all as specified & directed. 10 PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix), type C-2 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete for coping of polesand like, complete all as specified & directed. 11 PCC 1:2;4 (nominal mix), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified. 12 Supply and fixing of Aerial bunched cable 11 KV grade stranded and compact aluminium phase conductor of size 3 x95 sqmm + 1 x70 sqmm (bare messanger) with copper alloy. The phase conductor should be insulated with XLPE (Sioplas) compound copper, as per IS-14225-1995 including all fittings such as anchor clamp, suspension clamp inline connector, service clampsuspension clamp, insulation piercing connectors, for taps from bare lines etc complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply and fixing ofLT overhead lines on existing poles with XLPE insulated AB cable 3 core x70sqmm +1-core x50 sqmm including all jointing kits, nut, bolts etc complete including taking down old cable /conductor all as specified and directed. 14 XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 25 Sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/polesand taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately). 15 As per srl item no.14 above but size of 35 sqmm and 3.5 Core 16 As per srl item no.14 above but size of 50 sqmm and 3.5 Core 17 Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified & directed. 18 Stay Assembly using stay rod of 20mm dia complete accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No 1 of SSR 2009 Part-I such as loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white/ brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90x 140mm clearance of hole 16mm, stay wire of size 7/4mm etc., complete all as specified (Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately) 19 Supplying, fixing & erecting truly to vertical position steel tubular swaged pole complete with base plate welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed (PCC, earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective items). 20 Supply and fixing in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 50 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 22 Supply and fixing in repairs lightening arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps, suitable 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed. 23 Supply and replacement HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch and insulator and steel frame outdoor type suitable for horizontal/vertical insulation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel HT
