I. pipes of TATA make including necessary sockets.(e) 40 mm dia.(ii) Medium quality 4 Supply of G.I. reducing socket with I.S.I. mark.(vii) 80 mm 5 Supply of G.I. plain tee of approved brand and make.(v) 40 mm 6 Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I).(J) Threaded End Cap.40 mm 7 Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I).(J) Threaded End Cap.80 mm 8 Supplying, fitting and fixing popular Maya pump no-6 or similar.(i) For 40 mm dia. tube well 9 Supplying,fitting and fixing check valve (horizontal) G.M. tested to 21 kg per sq. cm.(v) 40 mm 10 Labour for boring through any type of soil for sinking tube well of required dia. with top enlargement by rig boring system (either by reserve circulation or by direct rotary method) including hire charges and labour for rig machine, tools and plants, staging, force pumping set and making arrangement for water required for boring etc. complete and lowering of pipes, strainers, blind pipes etc. complete.(a) For depth upto 250 metre for 100 mm dia. Tube well with top enlargement of 200 mm dia.(upto 50 metre).(ii) Next 50 metre 11 Labour for boring through any type of soil for sinking tube well of required dia. with top enlargement by rig boring system (either by reserve circulation or by direct rotary method) including hire charges and labour for rig machine, tools and plants, staging, force pumping set and making arrangement for water required for boring etc. complete and lowering of pipes, strainers, blind pipes etc. complete.(a) For depth upto 250 metre for 100 mm dia. Tube well with top enlargement of 200 mm dia.(upto 50 metre).(i) First 50 metre 12 Washing and developing tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrangements for testing the yield in gallons per hour with V notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required. 13 Sinking precast RC well ring made with cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone chips of 0.90 mm dia and 1.80m depth with RCC cover and making 1.25m X 1.25 m size Tube well platform with 1m spill water masonary surface drain with 100mm thick cement concrete(1:2:4) with 20mm graded stone chips over 150mm boulder soling including 125mmX75mm parapet wall with cement concrete(1:2:4) in all sides of the platform and drain also in base of tube well including 15mm thick(1:6) cement plaster with 1.5mm neat cement punning on all surfaces complete. 14 Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction. 15 Providing & fixing Concrete Sign Board as per IRC specification of size 900 x 750 x 37 mm. thick made with RCC 1:1½:3 with pakur variety stone chips reinforced with double layer IRC febric (75 x 75 mm. mesh) and fixed with necessary nuts & bolts on two RC precast posts 100 mm. x 150 mm. of height 2.65 m. of which top 750 mm. is of section 100 x 13 mm.and 1.90 metre above GL & 0.75 metre below GL including digging hole, repacking the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 with jhama khoa or with local stone chips etc. complete including painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate is inclusive of cost of reinforcement, concrete, shuttering, nuts & bolts, washer etc. complete.) 16 GST @18% 17 Labour Cess @1%
