No. Item Description 1 SINKING OF DEEP TUBEWELL 2 Labour for boring tube well of required dia. bywater jet system through any type of soil strataincluding hire and labour charges for boring pipes,scaffolding, tools and plants as necessary andtaking out them and lowering pipes, strainers,blind pipe etc. and fitting and fixing the samecomplete including bucket washing and otherincidental works in the connection. The tube wellshould have a minimum 50 mm gap in betweenthe outside of the tubewell pipe and the bore. 3 (c) For depth upto 150 metre for 40 mm dia. tubewell with top enlargement of 100 mm dia. 4 (i) 100 mm dia. boring etc. top enlargement 5 (iI) 40 mm dia. boring etc. 6 (b) For depth more than 150 metre for 40 mm dia.tube well with top enlargement of 100 mm dia. 7 Supplying , fitting and fixing steel cutter piece up to 450 mm long with sockets (i) 40 mm dia 8 Supplying high density polythene strainer ofapproved make with adapter conforming to I.S.specifications. (i) 40 mm dia 9 Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80(medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 andthreaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239(Part - I). (a) 40mm dia 10 (b) 100 mm dia 11 Washing and developing tube well with aircompressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hourscontinuous pumping per day with necessaryarrangements for testing the yield in gallons perhour with V notch including hire and labourcharges for all tools and plants and scaffolding asrequired. 12 Construction of Masonry platform (1.25m x 1.25m)with 75nn thick cement concrete (6:3:1) over alayer of picked Jhama brick flat soling including12mm thiock cement plaster (4:1) with neatcement finish to inside and outside as per directionof Engineer-in-Charge 13 Spill Water Masonry surface drain 15 cm wide, 15cm deep having 12.5 cm brick work in cementmortar (4:1) on 7.5 cm thick W.C.C (6:3:1) over alayer of brick flat soling with 12mm thick cementplaster (4:1) finished with neat cement punning toinside and out side as per direction of the E.I.C. 14 Construction of Circular Soak Pit of 900 mm diaWith Earthen Ring as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 15 Supply fitting and fixing India mark II pump (withcomplete set) as per PHE Departmental rate 16 Collecting sample of water for baeteriological,chemical and arsenic test from any depthy at anytime during execution of work including hire andlabour charges for tools and plants and sterilisingthe equipments, paying all charges and fees,testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction. 17 Supply, fitting & fixing of Name Plate andPhotograph 18 ADD 18% GST 19 Add 1.00% Labour welfare cess
