    Tender For Supply, Fabrication, Installation And Insulation Of New Air-Conditioning Ducts And Insulation Of Chilled Water Pipelines At Avs, Barc Tarapur. => Limited; 1 Procurement, supply, site cutting, fabrication and installation of new Galvanized Iron (GI) ducting at the AVS plant, including all necessary accessories such as GI flanges with gaskets, 4 nos.volume control dampers, 8 nos. air diffusers and required fittings. Installation shall be carried out using riveting and nut-bolting with dual-type fixing methods, along with MS angle, channel, hangers supports as required based on site conditions and technical specification. The work shall comply with all applicable HVAC design standards and shall be fully coordinated with existing building services and utilities. 2 Procurement, supply, site cutting and installation of 25 mm thick closed-cell nitrile rubber insulation on newly fabricated GI duct surfaces, including all duct accessories such as flange boxes, angle boxes and joints. After insulation, all ducts shall be covered with 24-gauge aluminum cladding, which will be properly sealed, overlapped, and securely fixed using rivets and adhesive tape to ensure a durable, airtight finish. All works must be in compliance with site conditions and meet the project’s technical specifications 3 Supply, installation, and fitting of new thermal insulation on a newly fabricated chilled water pipeline extending from the AVS AC Plant to the AHU in the AVS Annex Plant.
