Tender For Necessary Repair Work, Painting, And Horticulture Work In The Pigeon Park Of Scheme No. 1, Aryanagar.- 1 Repairstoplasterofthickness12mmto20mminpatchesofarea 2.5sq.metresandunderincludingcuttingthepatchinproper shape,raking outjoints and preparing and plasteringthe surface of thewalls ompleteincludingdisposalofrubbishtothedumping ground within 50metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 2 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 3 Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a preparedsub-gradewithcoarseandfineaggregateconformingto IS:383,thesizeofcoarseaggregatenotexceeding25mm, aggregatecementrationottoexceed15:1,aggregategradation afterblendingtobeaspertable600-1,cementcontentnottobe lessthan 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture contentto be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpaat7days,mixedinconcretemixer,laidmanually, compactedwithsurfacevibrator,finishingandcuringcompleteas per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specificationincluding all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 5 Chequeredterrazotiles22 mmthickwithgraded marblechipsof size upto 6 mm in floors jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigmenttomatchtheshadeofthetilesincludingrubbingand polishingcompleteon20mmthickbedofcementmortar1:4(1 cement :4 coarse sand) : Ordinary cement without any pigment. 6 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand) 7 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work 8 Brick workwithFPSbricksofclassdesignation75infoundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 9 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. 10 Spreading of sludge farm yard manure or/ and good earth in required thickness (cost of sludge, farm- yard manure or/and good earth to be paid for separately). 11 Grassing with Doobs grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth if needed. (The good earth shall be paid separately) In rows 7.5 cm apart in either direction 12 Planting permanent hedges including digging of trenches, 60 cm wide and 45 cm deep, refilling the excavated earth mixed with farmyard manure, supplied at the rate of 4.65 cum per 100 metres and supplying and planting hedge plants at 30 cm apart. 13 Maintenance of Hedge for one year
