Development Of Garden In Ambika Colony In Nagar Palika Sheoganj. - 1 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land complete as per MoRT&H specification clause 305. (Lead taken upto 5 km). 2 Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level. 4.10.1 In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar,etc.4.10.1.1 Depth upto 1.5 m. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 5 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 4 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth 25.1.1 : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 5 Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundationand plinth in: 24.1.2 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm. 7 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 32.1.2 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand). 8 Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including priming coat of whiting to give an even shade. 9 Providing and fixing precast cement concrete M-20 grade (Using mechanical Concrete Mixer) kerb stone top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high on 150 mm thick PCC M-10 grade foundation as per design, including fixing at site as per clause 408 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 10 Providing and fixing of 60mm thick precast cement concreteinterlocking paver block casted with rubber moulds in approvedreflective colour and design having minimum compressive strength of 300 kg/ sq cm. The CC paving blocks be laid on average 50mmthick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined.Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge. Therates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications. 11 Supplying, erecting and fixing in position specified precast RCC bench made of RCC grade M-30 consisting of 2 Nos. “L” shaped base support of thickness 100 mm back height 1000mm, front height 450 mm, base width 420mm and 5 Nos. RCC planks of size of 1500x100 x 50 mm and 1 Nos RCC planks of 150x200x50mm including joining all parts with galvanised nuts and bolts of suitable size. All bolts to be sealed after assembly with nice finish and appearance and level complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge. Every bench should have a manufacture‘s logo of appropriate size Engraved at suitable place. 12 Supply and fixing different type of steel pre-fabricated garden bench/ jhula/ slides and other children play items made of steel duly painted as per approved design and specifications by engineer in charge made of MS pipe, Flates, rectangular hollow section or other steelsections duly welded and or nut bolted where ever required, rubbing and buffing welded joints to make safe for use of children and painted in approved pattern complete as required. 13 Edging with 2nd class bricks, laid dry lengthwise, including excavation, refilling, consolidation, with a hand packing and spreading nearly surplus earth within a lead of 50 metres. 14 Planting permanent hedges including digging of trenches, 60 cm wide and 45 cm deep, refilling the excavated earth mixed with farmyard manure, supplied at the rate of 4.65 cum per 100 metres and supplying and planting hedge plants at 30 cm apart. 15 Supplying and stacking good earth at site of work. Note: 1) Loading, unloading and carriage to be paid extra as per actual lead. 2) Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% foe payment. 16 39.11 Spreading of sludge farm yard manure or/ and good earth in required thickness (cost of sludge, farm- yard manure or/and good earth to be paid for separately). 17 Grassing with Doobs grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth if needed. 39.12.1 In rows 15 cm apart in either direction. 18 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. 29.26.2 In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 19 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 32.50.1 Two or more coats on new work.
