    Tender For Repair/ Overhauling And Replacement Of Segments 2 To 9 Of Ccm REPAIR /OVERHAULING OF SEGMENTS 2 TO 9 OF CCM-1/SMS-1 FOR RJC SCOPE OF WORK FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT: a)Shifting of segments identified for repair/overhauling from BC bay, CCM-1 to MSRS, CCM-1 and partly completed segment from MSRS, CCM-1 to BC bay, CCM-1 by trailer. Trailer will be provided by RSP on non #chargeable basis. b)Unloading/loading of segments from/on trailer. c)Complete dismantling of the top frame and the bottom frame of the segments d)Complete dismantling of the segment rollers, both driven as well as the non driven. e)Checking/measuring the barrel and neck portions of the rollers, identifying the rollers for barrel machining/rectification and transporting the rollers for machining to&fro Repair Shop
