| 2 | Job includes providing servicing, repairing & testing of 300 KW DC Motor including complete motor overhauling, commuter polishing, machining, mica undercutting, cleaning and drop testing as per below scope of the Job: -The broad work scope of repairing of 300 KW DC Motor shall include, but is not limited to, the followings:a. Work Location: All repair activities as mentioned below shall be performed at the HBL Sugauli Plant. b. Preliminary Inspection and Assessment: To carry out detailed inspection of the 135 KW DC motor for its performance. c. Unplugging of the motor before carrying out the maintenance. d. Dismantling of motor main stator and main rotor. e. Cleaning of all components of the motor.f. Heating and drying of motor. g. Varnishing and baking of motor.h. DC motor DE and NDE side bearing, coupling hub removing, checking, repairing and refittingi. Check and replace the Carbon Brushes if they are broken or shortened. j. Checking all the spare parts of motor. k. Checking of stator windings for insulation resistance, winding integrity, and physical damage. l. Checking of rotor bars and end rings for wear or damage. m. Carry out required tests such as insulation resistance (Megger test), winding resistance, and surge comparison tests. n. Replacement of all the damaged spare parts. Damaged spare part should be provided by the vendor and same should be included in the R&M quote. o. All consumables, tool and tackles are provided by the vendor. p. Assembling of motor.q. Conducting Performance Trials of the motor on no load and load conditions. r. Manufacturer’s Maintenance manual to be referred for detailed work scope. s. Supervision of repair & maintenance and trials of motor will be under HBL Management. t. All Safety rules and regulations of the equipment & plant to be strictly followed. u. Accommodation and fooding charges of service engineer will be in vendor’s scope. |
