treatment from brick walls or concrete plastered or unplastered surfaces including scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots etc. including cornices, pilasters etc. and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer including scaffolding upto 15m height, complete all as specified and directed. 109 Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule A Part-II
