Tender For Maintenance Of Equipments & Pipelines In H2s Generation & Na2so4recovery Unit In Main Plant Of Hwpm; 1 Scafolding for various miscelleneous jobs in & around H2S Generation & Recovery Unit 2 Removal of old cladding & insulation 3 Application of new insulation & fixing of cladding sheet to avoid water entry 4 Replacement of cold insulation material including cladding 5 Mechanical cleaning of pipes for inspection & testing. 6 Thickness survey by ultrasonic technique 7 Painting of pipelines 8 External cleaning & Painting of structures, tanks & vessels 9 Flanged joints maintenance 10 Insertion of blind spades & additional gasket between flanges for isolation of pipe lines 11 Removal of blind spade including replacement of old gasket & tightening of flanges for normalisation of pipe lines 12 Providing of regular blinds for pipe line flanges 13 Removal of regular blinds for pipe line flanges 14 Dropping of Double Disc gate Valves, Plug Valves, Gate Valves, NRVs, PSVs etc 15 Fixing of Double Disc gate Valves, Plug Valves, Gate Valves, NRVs, PSVs etc 16 Replacement of lubricating oil in pumps, compressor and other equipments 17 Replacement of gland packings of valves & pumps 18 Online servicing of DD Valves / gate valves/ globe valves which are hard to operate /partially opening -closing 19 Online servicing of DD valves which are leaking by online tightening of fasteners etc 20 Servicing of DD Valve, Globe Valve, gate Valve, PSVs followed by hydrotest / calibration 21 Replacement of protection sleeve of H2S Compressor 22 Dropping of Inlet and outlet valvesof H2S compressor including connected spools. 23 Servicing of Inlet and Outlet Valves of H2S Compressors by lapping & Replacement of parts. 24 Fixing of Inlet & outlet valves of H2S Compressor including gaskets & connected spools. 25 Dismantling of gland stuffing box including its packings of H2S Compressor 26 Servicing of gland packing stuffing box holders by lapping to ensure zero leak. 27 Assembly of gland stuffing box including its packings of H2S Compressor 28 Dismantling & cleaning of H2S Compressor Piston-Cylinder assemblyfor inspection & maintenanace compressor 29 Boxing up of H2S Compressor Piston-Cylinder assemblyafter inspection & replacement of damaged parts 30 Replacement of H2S Compressor cylinder liners including O rings (liner set (3 Nos)+ O ring set = 1 set) 31 Cleaning of H2S Compressor cooling water jacket using HP nitrogen, high pressure water jet etc. 32 Chemical cleaning of Compressor cooling water jacket. 33 Overhauling of H2S Compressor drive - crankshaft assembly including bearings and crosshead. 34 Dismantling, hydro testing, repair and assembly of H2S Compressor intercooler / after cooler / moisture separator 35 Replacement of belts of H2S compressor followed by alignment 36 Servicing of Rotory valve including drive mechanism gear box of recovery unit 37 Dismantling of RCC foundation of equipments / floor by chiselling, chipping and corecutting as per requirement 38 RCC work for preparation of foundation / floor / columns by RCC including reinforcements liked torred steel rods etc as per requirement 39 Removal of sand / soil from drain header trenches for inspection of drain header 40 Filling of drain header trenches with dry sand / other filler material as per requirement 41 Shifting of new plates and structural steel from DPS / sectional stores to work location and scrap from work location to stores / scrap yard 42 Cutting of plates to required size and bending to suitable profile 43 Removal of old plates by cutting and shifting to scrap yard and edge preparation of shell plates for welding with new plates. 44 Fit up of bent plates after edge preparation by rigging to tank / vessel 45 Butt / Lapwelding of plates upto 10 mm thickness for repair & replacement of damaged corroded plates of tanks 46 Replacement of pipelines by cutting &welding of CS seamless /ERW pipes and fittings with schedule upto 80. 47 Replacement of pipelines by cutting &welding of SS pipes and fittings with schedule upto 40. 48 Handling of pipes wherever exceeds 1m length for welding 49 Overhauling of burner assembly including cam mechanism of dampner & burner fan 50 Removal of old exsisting structures by cutting and retrieving the usefull portions by cutting & grinding 51 Fabrication of new structures including erection / repair of old structural elements like angles, plates, structural pipes, channels, beams, columns, grills & gratings etc. 52 Fabrication of new SS casing for exhaust fan of recovery unit followed by its replacement and trial run of fan to evaluate its performance. 53 Welding of SS plates upto 4mm thick for repair / fabrication of ducts, structures and expansion bellows including cutting and bending of plates into required profile. 54 Decoupling of equipment, Inspection of coupling & pulley & alignment of equipment with motor 55 Complete overhualing of centrifugal pump up to 15 HP (Horizontal/vertical) 56 Servicing of mechanical seal of centrifugal pump (up to 15 HP), back pull out type, fitted with singlemechanical seals 57 Complete overhauling of pumps below 2.5 KW 58 Overhauling of atomiser in recovery unit 59 Overhauling of delivery fan and exhaust fans
