Tender For Repair of water tank and any other work under Nagar Panchayat Faridnagar - Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 fine sand :12 graded brick ballast) and curing complete,including cost of form- work,in foundation and floors. 2 Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand (of 2.20 fineness modulus) mortar infoundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 3 12 mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. Including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 4 Cement Concrete with 2 cm. gaugestone ballast, coarse sand and cement. In proportion of 1:2:4 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 5 M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape as necessary inclding bending for proper complition of the work and including supply of all steel & wastage, bend, hooks and authorised overlapping hall be measured. 6 R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm guage approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 in lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending. But including its fixing and binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials,labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. 7 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of REPAIRS TO BUILDING 1140 Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done. 8 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 9 Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry. 10 Finishing walls with weather coat by premium acrylic exterior paint applied @1.67 ltr/10 sqm asian or berger brand of approved make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufecturer exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10sqm after thoroughly brushing the surface etc complete. 11 Dismantling of old damage jaali with frame and supply and fixing of new ventilator jaali of OHT including repair of ventilator and fixing the same properly including supply of all labour, TP etc required for the proper completion of work.. 12 Removal of old damaged Man hole cover and supply and fixing of 60X60 cm size fabricated M.S. over with frame consisting of 50X50X6 mm angle , iron frame and over of M.S sheet of 3 mm welded in cover with hinge & locking arrangement and paint with anticorrosive paint and fixing the same at top dome of OHT and also including supply for all material , labour , T & P etc. required for the proper completion of work . 13 Providing and fixing hand rail of G.I. pipes 40 mm dia approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. 14 Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing balcony railing and staircase railing including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer on MS tube 12SWG as per direction of Engineer In - charge. 15 Water level indicator 16 Lightening conductor : 17 Cleaning & disinfection of OHT through six stage scientific method of high pressure cleaning, anti bacterial spray and UV radiation etc. 18 Construction of Embankment with material (Earth) obtained from Borrowpits cartage from 8 Km.With all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading ,grading to required slope and compacting tomeet requirement of table 300-2 19 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material byippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as perpecifications and directions of Engineerin- Charge With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25 complete as per clause 401. 20 Laying & supplying of 80 mm precast cement concrete I- shape Interlocking paver blocks with top layer of minimum 8 mm thickness having plan dimesion 200X(160+120mm)OP Cement,smoot high gloss finish skid resistant manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism.The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30 Mpa (m -30) and weight 5 kg per no. conferming to IS:15658-2006 including cost of material ,labour ,T &P etc.required for proper completion of the work as directed by Egneer -in charge .But excluding up TT which shall be paid extra as rules as per item no.9 (RED color (High Quality plgment/lanxess Byer chemical) 21 Add Gst 18%
