    Tender Details

    Tender For Repainting And Tightening Of Nut & Bolt To 9 M Rtt At Laitumkhrah, Shillong,Meghalaya. Repainting with High Gloss Synthetic Enamel paint (Asian Apcolite / Shalimar/Berger ) in two or more coat on Tower including scrapping with wire brush, sand paper etc and applying zinc chromate yellow primer. The colour of painting shall be of International white & orange. The painting should be done in accordance with IS 1477 part - I & II . The rate includes painting of all the members such as platform, bracing, ties, strut, wave guide, antena and its fixtures, lugs, gusset plate, angle, bolts etc. complete including making necessary arrangement of safety belts, helmets to labours Conduct a though visual inspection of the 9m RTT to identyfy any missing bolts and nuts ,loose connections etc and replacing with new one and tightening loose connections,ensuring that all Bolts and nuts are secuerely tightened add necessary washers wherever nesassay etc complete including making necessary arrangement of safety belts, helmets to labours. all as per direction of Engineer in charge Supplying hot dipped Galvanised (Galvanising shall not be less than 85 micron) nuts and bolts of required size and of grade 5.6 and as per IS 12427 including spring washers confirming to IS 3063 & plain washers confirming to IS 2016 & 5369 of required thickness & diameter all complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.
