Tender For Slope Protection Works Behind Khara Power House Distt Saharanpur (Up) - Excavation in soil in hilly areas by mechanical means withoutusing Dozer including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 m and a lead upto 20 m. 2 Excavation in hilly areas in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by mechanical means without using Dozer including cutting and trimming of slopes and disposal of cut material with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 20 m. 3 Excavation in foundation for retaining wall, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer- in- charge, as per drawing and technical specifications. 4 Levelling and dressing and making proper slopes including cutting and filling of earth upto a depth of 100 mm, if so required, including all labour, T&P, etc. required for proper completion of the work. 5 Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed air under pressure, comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregates, water and quick setting compound (in the proportion as per clause 2807.1 of MORT&H 17-09), sand and coarse aggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table 1 of IS: 9012 respectively, water cement ratio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000 kg/cum, strength not less than 25 Mpa and workmanship (conforming to clause 2807.6 of MORT&H 17-09). 6 Dismantling of Structures (Dismantling of existing structures like retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, brick work, tile work, rubble masonary, pitching etc by mechanical means including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres) 7 PCC M10 (1:3:6) in Foundation (Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.) 8 Plain/Reinforced cement concrete Grade M25 in sub-structure height/depth up to 5m. with Batching Plant, Transit Mixer and Manual placing complete as per drawing and technical specifications. 9 TMT/TOR steel in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured. (Steel shall be arranged by the Contractor.) 10 Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications (Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 ofMORD 12-9) 11 Supply and installation of In-Situ Soil reinforcement for slope restoration and protection work (Soil Nailing) with fully threaded hot-dip galvanized solid geotechnical bars as soil nails (galvanization minimum 500 grams per sqm) of minimum 25 mm diameter, having yield strength > 670N/mm2 and tensile strength > 800N/mm2 as per technical specifications. (MORT&H 7-10) 12 Surface Drains in Soil Construction of unlined surface drains by manual means of average cross-sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) as per Technical Specifications (Clause 307 of MORD 3-19-1 A) 13 Providing and installing subsurface drainage pipes with 5m c/c spacing- 6m deep perforated PVC pipe (lined with Non-Woven Geotextile of 100GSM) of 75mm internal diameter as per the drawings etc. complete including the cost of drilling and as directed by E-i-C. 14 Supply and installation of mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal shaped mesh over Coir Fibre mat, (Zinc Coated, Mesh Size 100 x 120 mm, wire dia: 3.0 mm, Lacing Wire: 2.2 mm) including all cost of material, labour and T&P required to complete the work in all respect. 15 Supply & Installation of Geocomposite soil erosion mat (710 GSM). 16 Other Contingency Works
