(Hcm Budget Announcement Year 2025-26) - Construction and Commissioningofbore hole by DTH/Rotary/ Combination rig of 200 mm dia, supply and installation of energy efficient Submersible Pump sets, Panels,Cables and other allied works including commissioning and testing of tube wellunder PHED Dn. Jayal with 24 months defect liability with Five year Operation & Maintenance Sl. No. Item Description 1 Construction of tube well from ground level & up to 100 mtr depth to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all type of alluvium strataunconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by percussion/rotary drilling method as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 andIS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications, with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and its packing as per IS: 2800 (Part I & II) 1979 as amended up to date (the work includes the cost of gravel & its primary packing and packing during development, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes with supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary for arresting fine sand particles and development work, but excluding the cost of housing and strainer pipe assembly). The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. 2 Nominal bore 200 mm dia. 3 Add 15% extra on above item (Item no 2.1.1 to 2.1.3) for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr. 4 Construction of Tube Well up to 100 mtr. depthin all type of rocks by DTH system & over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils & over burden including lowering of casing pipes, (if required) excluding cost of casing pipes, as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 andIS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a through out bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe. 5 Nominal bore 200 mm dia. 6 Add 15% extra on above item (BSR Item No 2.4.1 to 2.4.2) for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr from ground level, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr and up to 200 mtr. 7 Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked (IS : 4270/2001) or amended upto date of grade Fe 410 of following sizes 8 200 mm dia nominal bore of 5.4 mm thickness and mass of tube 28.46 Kg/m) 9 Providing & Lowering in tubewell ISI marked GI Pipe B class as per IS : 1239 or amended up to date threaded and double flanged (welded) on both ends and two number 25 x 3 mm MS flat welded on both ends between pipe & flange, rubber washer & nut bolts etc. complete in all respect. 10 50 mm dia 11 Supply & fixing of ISI marked three core PVC flat submersible cable as per IS : 694:1990 ro amended upto date and conductor as per class 5 of IS 8130:1980 including making connection etc. 12 3 core 6.0 mm2 13 Supply, installation of 3 phase ISI marked submersible motor pump set of five star rating by BEE and as per IS : 8034-2011 (pump) and IS 9283-2013 (motor) or amended upto date of approved make of following duty condition with required accessories includig making connection suitable for tube well/ DCB. The job includes lowering of motor pumps, installation of complete fitting& accessories, jointing of electrical cables upto switch board, testing of submersible pump sets and interconnection up to water mains, complete in all respect. 14 9.3 KW (12.5 HP) & head above 120 mtr 15 S&F MS clamps set of 50 mm x 6 mm flat form iron with nuts and bolts etc for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pumpset 16 Supply & fixing tube well cover of MS sheet 8 mm thick at top & 5 mm thick 100 mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI Nipple 45 cm log & two GI flanges at both end in 80 mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet. A 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate. A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2 (for installation presuure gauge) shall be provided & welded with 80 mm GI nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug.200mm dia 17 Supply and fixing of electric control feeder panel comprising of suitable rating MCCB, fully automatic star-delta starter, over load relya, ampere n meter with CTs, volt meter, phase preventor, suitable starting copacitors, phase indicators, lighting arrangement etc. complete suitable for three phase pump set. The panel should have space for energy meter (supplied by DISCOM). All these equipments shall be housed by panel box made out form 18 guage MS sheet with powder coating. panel should be of minimum size 900 X 600 x 450 mm with stand (made of angle iron of size 35x35x5m) duly bolted/ screwed with enclosure box having 4 legs, each legs length 18 and double door including in built locking system. The legs should be embedded in M-15 cement concrete plat form. The size of CC plate form should be equal or bigger thatn the base size of panel having height of at least 200 mm from gound level. The panel should have opening of suitable size in fron of space for energy meter with glass for meter reading. the operation of panel should be suitable for on 440 volt AC supply 18 Above 10 HP and up to 15 HP 19 Providing and fixing of double flanged, CI body, ISI marked NRV of approved make of size 65 mm dia 20 Supply & Fixing XLPE insulated / P.V.C. sheathed cable of 1.1 KV grade with aluminium conductor Armoured of IS:7098-I/1554-1 approved makein ground as per IS:1255 including excavation of 30cmx75cm size trench, 25 cm thick underlayer ofsand, second Class bricks covering, refilling earth, compaction of earth, making necessary connection, testing etc. as required of size. 21 35.0 Sq.mm, 3.5 core 22 Maintiance of TWs which includes round the the clock monitoring of TWs of all sizes, complete including cost of material components required to repair pump sets, staters meters etc. of electrict panel of TWs, lowering and unlowreing of pump sets complete in all respect maintiance of log book and histrory sheets as directed by Engiener - in- charge for TW per month. (excluding repairing of Pump sets) 23 O&M for first 2 year (only 70% of total Annual O&M during each year) 24 O&M for Third, Fourth & FifthYear
