    Tender For Biennial Maintenance Contract And Optional Jobs For Different Maintenance Jobs Of All Cooling Towers At Ktps Under Tmd- 1 AMC for Cooling Tower of all Units (Regular maint.) 2 PART A:Maximum possible expenditure for Total wagesfor 06 nos Contractual Workers, (under MOS covered), including O.T., and other applicable benefits and allowance as per MOS dtd. 04/10/2021 & considering workers’ wage rate as on 01/01/2024. excluding profit and overhead. 3 PART-A: Charges of two(02) nos company own Manpower including applicable benefits & allowance, excluding profit & overhead. 4 PART-B:Charge for all type ofconsumable tools & tackles, Safety PPE, Overhead , (02 nos supervisor & 01 no mechanical helper) but excluding profit. 5 PART-C: Profiton PART-A (Labour part) only.(i.e. 04 nos category + 02 nos no-category + 02 nos company own workers) 6 PART-D:Optional Jobs of Cooling Towers 7 Replacement of Gearbox 8 Replacement of Gearbox & Weldment With Foundation Bolt 9 Replacement of Drive Shaft 10 Replacement of Fan Blade Assembly 11 Cold Basin O/L Sluice Gate Repair Work Repairing & Servicing work 12 Cold Basin Strainer Repair Work Repairing & Servicing
