Filling foundation and plinth with sand and watering and ramming.

Providing Cement Concrete of prop.(1:3:6) on road surface/ foundation & plinth using 40mm size H.G.C.B metal including lowering, laying the concrete & curing, etc. complete.

C.C. work in M20 grade with 20mm & down grade crusher broken hard granite chips including cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead, T & P etc all complete.

Brick work with fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 8 % in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure.

Fixing tiles in floors, trades or steps & landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing & polishing etc complete.

12 mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:6) including cost of all materials etc. complete.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor.

Straitening, Cutting, Bending, Binding of MS Rod with approved design & placing in position including cost of Steel etc. complete for RCC work.

Priming 1 coat any approved primer.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade inculding cost of paint.

Dismentling and removing 2.50cm thick A.S. flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 m lead.

Dismantling of Brick or Stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3.0 mtr height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debrises within 50 mtr lead.
