Straitening, Cutting, Bending, Binding of MS Rod with approved design & placing in position including cost of Steel etc. complete for RCC work.

Fixing Kota tiles of minimum 16mm thick and size above 0.1 sqm in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost

Brick work with fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 8 % in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure.

12 mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:6) including cost of all materials etc. complete.

Priming 1 coat any approved primer.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade inculding cost of paint.
