Both services (site plan preparation and consultancy) will be provided by a single firm. This will ensure smoother coordination and faster execution. As per thorough research the Mills also got an option for the composition of work i.e. the architect and consultancy firm both services will be provided by only one firm. In other words, the same firm will prepare the factory site plan by their own approved chartered engineer and the said firm will also took up the work of uploading and submission of the factory license documents and the final certificate of renewal to be provided to the Mills. As in this option the Mills have not to face any difficulty in the coordination between Architect and the consultancy firm.The single firm will handle end-to-end responsibilities including plan preparation, approvals, correspondence, and final license renewal
