Tender For Renovation, Maintenance And Security Work Of Bida Sector 1, 3 Parks - Renovation, Maintenance and security work ofBIDASectors 1 Park with following terms and coditions-1.Renovation work complete park such as boundry wall (inner/outer side with paint,putty,plaster,stones etc),gate,footpath(tiles,pcc,coping),grass with earth filling , all kids play equipments with materials, Gym equipments and all kids play equipments with materials,its all assets. 2.Cleaning and Sweeping of park permises and parking area ,Cutting of Grass, Hedge, Cluster, Trees in desired shape including good earth, manure & wateringas and when required.3. Cleaning of lawn area, pathways, jogging track, gym area, OAT, fountains, water body & all type of dustbins inpark premises complete on daily basis.including all material and machinery to clean & cutting of grass hedge Cluster, Trees etc and disposal of garbage with 20km lead . 4. Grass cutting machine repairwillbe on contarctors part.5. Repair of all Gym equipments and all kids play equipments with materials when required . 6..Security of park and its assets etc as per direction of Engineer In charge7.Watering of all trees,hedges,shurbs,lawn of inside park premises with tankers etc with own expenses. (No extra payment will be made for All above described work andtreated as one Job.)
