Tender For Resurfacing Work Of Road Number 8 Of Anand Vihar Housing Scheme - ROAD WORK 2 Providing & laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, MORT&H-406. 3 Providing and applying primer coat with 80/100 bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg/sqm. usin mechanical means, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per Clause- 502 of MORT & H specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (A.R.) 4 Providing and applying tack coat with 80/100 bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per Clause - 503 of MORT & Hpecifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (A.R.) 5 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacly batch type HMP using crushed specified groding, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.25 per cent by weight of total mix and file transporting the hot mbx to work sto laying with a hydrostatic paverinisher with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment. rolling with smoothmheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. 6 Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Gr-il) with 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading. premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler. transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and E-in-C letter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12. (Using Plastic waste @ 6% of Bitumen Weight) 7 Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with M Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. (Repeated/80 Tranvers bar) Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 sqr thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. 8 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of the joints except at sharp curve shall not to be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer incharge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge). 108*781/100*8613.55 9 Painting or vamishing with valsper or other approved high grade enamel or superior synthetic clean varnish complete one coat over previously painted surface includingsupply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm ISI no. 105/106/133-1950.
