Tender For Repair Of Retaining Wall Near Rp Gate At 14 Ar; 1 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :In cement mortar 2 Earth work in surface excavation/ Surface Dressing of wall not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:All kinds of soil. 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 4 Providing and laying of position cement concrete of specified grade excliding the cost of centering and shuttering with mix of1:4:8(1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) all work upto plinth level. 5 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand) 6 All as per per aboveexcept stone for random rubble masonry with stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand). 7 Raised and cut pointing in stone work in white cement mortar mix of 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand), 8 Supplying and stacking at site 20 mm size stone aggregate. 9 Providing and fixing unplasticised Rigid PVC sewer pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 75 mm diameter. 10 Providing and laying cement concrete in coping of retaining walls excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from naturalsources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources)
