| 3 | Daily cleaning, sweeping, dusting all types covered area, including doors, windows, floors tiles, walls furniture in the room, all types of fittings & fixture, mop up the floor and varands i/c dustting of all the ceiling for removing the spider webs, cleaning of glass panes of windows, grills complete. Cost of material of brooms, wipes, phynile, Acid etc. complete. The work also include collection & disposal of garbage/waste popers to the designated dumping places complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | Cleaning of covered/open surgace storm water drain and any chamber b removing of covers of chambers and drains by getting out silt, malba etc. and then refixing of covers and disposal of garbage/sludge/malba to the nearest dustbin. Cleaning to be done whenever required complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.a) Drain of width as well as depth. |
| 5 | Special Conditions:1. In any day of time it is found that the work is not carried out as per entire satisfaction of engineer of charge penalty shall be imposed of Rs. 5,000/- per day and recovered from the Running Bill of the agency. The dicision of Engineer-in-Charge shall be binding and final.2. Due to unhygienic condition at site if any challan is levied upon by the civil agency or any govt. department the same will be borne by the agency. The agency will be responsible for all action i/c legal action and nothing shall be paid to the agency in such case.3. Agency has to quote rates as minimum wages of Central Govt. Otherwise same will be summerly rejected.4. A penality of Rs. 2500/- per person per day shall imposed if any of the environment assistant found absent and the work is got done by the Department on his behalf.5. The agency has to deploy minimum 5 No. Safai Karamchari and 4 No. Sewerman. |
