Tender For Provn Of Security Wall At Shillong Under Ge Shillong; 1 Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC.) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground 2 Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Dismantling galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing complete all as specified and directed. 4 Dismantling of wrought or mild steel work of any description such as in ladder work, bracing/supporting angle iron, roof top MS sheets, railings etc. complete all as specified and directed. 5 Dismantling galvanised concertina coil of any size and any type stretch length 8-10 m per roll complete all as specified and directed. 6 Surface dressing to trimming of natural ground, rough excavated surfaces and filled up area to remove vegetation and / or small inequalities n exc 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 7 Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Excavating over areas exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed. 11 M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M & L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 13 M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 14 M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height complete all as specified and as directed. 15 M & L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over, upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spaces and binders bent to shape as required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and directed. 16 M & L for RCC M25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M & L for RCC M25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M & L for RCC M25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and as directed. 19 M & L for precast cement concrete solid block masonry of grade C(5.0) with concrete M 10 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate exceeding 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 21 M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of bricks/ concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 including plastered surfaces shall be finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. 22 M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. 23 S & F hot rolled low tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar works complete all as specified and as directed. 24 S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 25 Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. 26 M & L for preparation of new surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, etc., exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed. 27 Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed. 28 M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed. 29 M & L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. 30 S & F PVC (SWR) as per IS 13592: 2013 single socketed soil waste pipes in any length with rubber ring joints, 110 mm dia, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge. 31 S & F galvanized steel barbed wire with two strands of line wire of dia 2.24 mm and barbed with point wire of dia 2 mm at 75 mm spacing straining and fixing to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised iron binding wire, GI staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (one each line wire will be measured as one unit). 32 S&F of galvanised concertina razor wire BTO- 22 galvanised steel, core wire diameter 2.50mm, blade thickness 0.50mm, length 22mm and width 15mm Nos of loops 33 Nos and clips per spiral 03 Nos, stretch length 8- 10 m per roll, breaking load 150 or 160 Kg/ sqmm, 11.50 Kg in weight, 450mm diameter for roll and packed in water proof paper and wooden bag complete all as specified and directed. 33 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. 34 Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
