Tender For Complete Overhauling Of Eot Cranes 5 Ton Capacity - 2 Nos In Acw Pump House In Unit-I & Ii And 8 Ton Capacity - 1 No In Turbine Compressor House Area; 1 Complete overhauling of EOT cranes 5 Ton capacity - 2 Nos in ACW pump house in unit-I & II and 8 Ton capacity - 1 Noin Turbine compressor house area. 2 Charges for dismantling, overhauling and assembling of hoist gear box of 5T and 8T capacity EOT cranes in ACW Pump houses and Turbine compressor house. 3 Charges for dismantling and overhauling of CT gear box hoist gear box of 5T & 8Tcapacity EOT cranes in ACW Pump houses and Turbine compressor house. 4 Charges for dismantling and overhauling of LT gear box hoist gear box of 5T & 8T capacity EOT cranes in ACW Pump houses and Turbine compressor house. 5 Charges for dismantling complete overhauling and assembling of Hoist motor, replacing the wornout spares, warnish coating, painting of5T & 8T capacity EOT cranes in ACW Pump houses and Turbine compressor house. 6 Charges for dismantling complete overhauling and assembling of CT motor, replacing the wornout spares, warnish coating, painting of 5T & 8T capacity EOT cranes in ACW Pump houses and Turbine compressor house. 7 Charges for dismantling complete overhauling and assembling of LT motor, replacing the wornout spares, warnish coating, painting of 5T & 8T capacity EOT cranes in ACW Pump houses and Turbine compressor house. 8 Charges for Checking of LT/CT brake and correction of required of5T & 8T capacity EOT cranes in ACW Pump houses and Turbine compressor house. 9 Charges for load testing of 2 T / 3 T / 5 T/ 7.5 T / 10 T / 15 T, Hand operated / Electrical hoists by using test weights with the presence of the competent authority and site Engineer incharge, loading, transporting and unloading of test weightsNCTPS-II mill area to the respective hoist and return back the test weights to NCTPS-II mill area after completing the load test. ( Necessarytest weights will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost). 10 Overhaul ofElectrically Operated Wire Rope HoistWork involves dismantling and shifting of complete hoist assembly to ground floor from its position, completecleaning, dismantling of all internals, inspection of electrical control panel switches, wirings, cables & mechanical components attending minor faults, renewal of wornoutspares. Assembling, lifting, aligning & positioning in run way beams at 10 Mtr elevation and commissioning.
