NOTES:1. The financial evaluation shall be based on the above Financial Proposal for the Cost of Consultancy.2. The fee quoted above is inclusive of all taxes and levies duties etc. but excluding GST. However, GST as applicable by law will be reimbursed by GRDA on producing the proof of payment of the applicable GST. 3. The fee quoted above is inclusive of all expenses likely to be incurred in carrying out the assignment including material, deliverables as detailed, site visits, out of pocket (travelling, accommodation, subsistence, transportation) expenses and other miscellaneous expenses and all other expenses.4. The aforesaid Total Cost of Consultancy, payable to the Transaction Advisor in accordance with the Financial Proposal, shall cover all the costs, fees and expenses related to the provision services pursuant to the Consultancy. No additional fees/charges in respect thereof shall be due or payable except for in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.5. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees and shall be subject to applicable Indian withholding taxes if any.
