    Auction Sale Of Total Qty= 1 No, Description:-Ms Scrap And Unserviceable Structure Of Abandoned Goods Shed(Old And New Covered Shed) Bilaspur (Total = 01 Unit, Plinth Area - 5856 Sq.M ), Including Ac Sheet Roof On As Is On Where Basis. Remarks :- (1) Dismantling Of The Above Goods Shed Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property. Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Up To Road Level Only. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser. (2) Purchaser Will Not Demolish Water Supply Pipe Line And Electrical Post In The Form Of Pipe Or Rail And The Same Are Not Offered For Auction. (Electrical And Water Supply Fittings Also Not Included In Auction, Hence If Found May Be Returned Back To Store Holder). (3) Any Loss Due To Theft, Accident Etc Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railway. (4) Any Hidden Material Like Rails, Beam Etc Found During Dismantling Has To Be Returned Back To Stock Holder If Found.
