PDB panel cum MCC panels, individual motor control Soft starter panels, electrical gadgets, actutator operated valves, flow meters, level indicators etc. inside the booshting pumping station and internal and external illumination complete withall other electrical accessories and ancilliariesfor supply of water by engagingskilled, semiskilled and unskilledpersonnelround the clock as per direction of E.I.C 2 Routine and periodical maintenance of pumps, motors, valves with actuators, tightening of nut bolt of sluice valve, air valve, dismantling joint etc. including replacements of indicating lamp with holder, replacement of gland packing for pumps and sluice valves with proper lubrication of motor bearings etc. as per direction of E.I.C. 3 SUB-STATION Operation & Guarding of outdoor Sub-Station i) 11/6.6. KV1800 KVA Transformer x 2nos. and with lighting transformer,Sub-Station equipment’s, 10 KVA S.G. Setand other allied accessories including operation of HV Panel Boards, Control Panel Board, Capacitor Banks, 110 Volt DC trip circuit with maintenance of batteries, battery charger etc. also operation of LV panel board for lighting arrangement by suitable operating personnel as per direction of E.I.C. 4 ESIC Contribution of Empleyers for SL No-(1,3) 5 EPF Contribution of Empleyers for SL No-(1,3) 6 Routine and periodical maintenance of PDB panel board, VCB Panel cables, capacitors, transformer, battery with battery charger, CT & PTs earthing system all breakers, tightening nuts & bolts of bus bar, replacement of control fuses, indicating lamp with holder etc. as per direction of E.I.C. 7 Servicing, testing and calibration of different relays, breakers meter all contractor etcand cleaning of carbon shoots from bus bar, breaker, CT & PT chamber etc. for smooth operation of the Sub-Station by any testing Agency approved by WBSEDCL or Directorateof Electricity Board as per direction ofE.I.C. 8 Supply of HSD and lubricants at site including all carriage and storage for running (10 KVA-1no) diesel engine as an when requred as per direction of E.I.C and entry in the log book. 9 Routine & Periodical inspection by electrical supervisor having valid suprevisors certificate of competency from directorate of Electricity (Licensing board), Govt. of WestBengal or under any other State Government of India along with Pump Technician / Supervisorfor checking of Pumping station, Sub-StationD.G Set, L.T and H.T equipments PDB panel,MCC/ Starter panels for all pumping machineries, indoor & out door lighting , valves with actuators along withall other electro mechanical installation e.g. level indicator, flow meterto keep the system in healthy condition.N.B-Minimun 2 days in a month and each visit should be recorded in the log book (with date and time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the pump house building . 10 Cleaning ofPump House,Substation , Gaseous chlorination plantand its surroundings by engaging sweeper in regular manner by providing all necessary material viz. cotton duster, broom sticks, batteries,carbolic acid, detergent soap, gloves, apron including all tools tackles,etc. required as per direction of E.I.C. 11 Add: 18% GST 12 Add: 1% Cess
