Tender For Provision Of Infrastructure For Project Sudarshan At Af Stn Digaru.; SCHEDULE A Part - I (BUILDINGS/STRUCTURES WORK)SCHEDULE A PART -I (BUILDING WORK/ SUN SHELTER)Design, Construction and Erection of LGSFS framed buildings of covered shed 02 Nos of size (55x15x10)M having cantiliver span of 15 mtr alongwith necessary excavation work, RCC footing, pedestal, stanchion, rafter, purlin, roof sheeting and all miscllaneous work completeall as specified and as shown on approved drawings with following details :-(i) Foundation : RCC framed column, footing with concrete grade M 25 (As per Design)(ii)Hybrid Structure: Hot rolled Steel sections as per design & conforming to IS 800 will be used along with CFS as per design.Designing, providing, installing and fixing factory finished custom designed cold form Steel Framed super structure comprising of steel wall panel, trusses, purlins etcmanufactured out of Minimum0.75 mm thick steel as per design requirements. The steel shall be galvanized (AZ-150 GSM or GI of 275 GSM having yield strength 300- 550 Mpa) conforming to AISI specifications and IBC 2009 for cold formed steel framing and construction and also as per IS: 875- 1987 (Part-I; Dead Load , Part-II; Imposed load, Part-III; wind load , Part-IV; Snow load, and Part-V; Special load & load combinations), IS 800- 1984 (Code of practice for general construction in steel) and IS: 801- 1975 (Code of Practice for Use of Cold Formed Steel Structural Members In General BuildingConstruction). The wind load shall be as per provisions of IS 875 (part -III). LGSFS frame shall be designed as per IS: 801 using commercially available software such as STAAD PRO V8i/ArchitekV2.5.16/ Revit architecture 2011 or equivalent. Note:-(i) PEB structure to be designed to withstand 180 Km/hr (both in line and cross winds) and based on soil parameters.(ii) The rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of designing and vetting of design of PEB structures by IITs/ NITs. The design (showing full calculations and details) vetted by IITs/ NITs shall be submitted to the departmentas per time schedule. (iii)Suitable eves gutters and rainwater downtake pipes as required shall be provided to divert rain water from the roof to ground level . (iv) The rate quoted is deemed to include the cost for provision of necessary arrangement for fixing light fittings.(v) The rate quoted is deemed to be excluding the PQC flooring and the same shall be measured and paid separately. 2 (Srl Item no. 1.00 Contd...)The framing section shall be cold form C-type having minimum web depth 89 mm x 41mm flange x 11mm lip in required length as perstructural design requirement duly punched with dimple/slot at required locations as perapproved drawings. The slots will be along center line of webs and shall be spaced minimum250mm away from both ends of the member.The frame can be supplied in panelized or knock down condition in specific dimensions andfastened with screws extending through the steel beyond by minimum of three exposed threads.All self-drilling tapping screws for joining the members shall have a Type II coating in accordancewith ASTM B633(13) or equivalent corrosion protection of gauge 10 & 12, TPI 16 & 8 of length 20mm. The frames shall be fixed to RCC slab or Tie beam over EPDM rubber using self-expanding carbon steel anchor bolt of dia as per approved drawings, design subject to minimum 12mm diameter and 121mm length conforming to AISI 304 and 316 at 500mm c/c with minimum embedment of 100mm in RCC and located not more than 300mm from corners or termination ofbottom tracks complete in all respects.Cladding : External Cladding will consist one layers of 8mm FCB type A for external use, with building wrap sandwiched between Structure frame & Cladding. Internal cladding will consist 8mm FCB type A.EIFS : Providing and fixing EISF finishing system on external face of building consisting of ExpandedPolystyrene (EPS) 25mm thick fixed to FCB both mechanically and with adhesive. Base Coat withmodified polymer based synthetic cement compound reinforced with synthetic fiber mesh.
