Tender For Annual Maintenance Contract Of 50 KLD STP AT NEW CAMPUS, PREM NAGAR, CBLU, BHIWANI-- 1 AMC of 50 KLD STP (Technical Specifications Parameters and Inventory of STP are enclosed with the DNIT). 2 Maintenance of the STP having capacity 50 KLD, based on MBBR Technology for one year’s periodical checking of the plant, oiling-greasing, routine maintenance of all electro-mechanical equipments, changing blower filters, collection and cleaning of garbage retained on screening mesh, providing necessary safety arrangements and consumables including pumping and supplying of treated water for horticulture use, disposal of dried sludge, screening grits etc. so that the effluent can comply with the prescribed standards for safe use in Horticulture and other secondary uses such as washing motor vehicles etc., including testing the treated effluent sample collected from plants once in four months from approved NABL Lab. The sample will be collected in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorized person or client deptt. and submit the report to the concerned authority as required. It shall also include all cost and repair/maintenance of components of STP including electro-mechanical parts as per direction of Engineering-in-Charge. Note: Electricity for running the plant shall be provided free of cost.Following dosing chemicals shall be provided for healthy working of STP Plant:EM Solution - Minimum 5 kg/monthChlorine dosing - Minimum 10 kg/monthMicro Nutrients Dosing - 2 Kg/month 3 Providing the services of Senior Engineer and expert for any major problems, routine check and maintenance and advise, once in a week minimum or more if required. All tools, equipment and testing device shall be provided by the contractor
