Operation, And Guarding Of Pumping Machineries, Gaseous Chlorination System And Other Accessories And At Cwr Site Of Marar And Adjoining Mouzas Sub-Surface Water Based Piped Water Supply Scheme Under Bankura Mechanical Division, P.H.E. Dte. 1 a) Labour charges for Operation and guardingof 3nos (2W+1S) HSC H/L &L.Lriver bed & ground bored pumping machinery including others pumps, andMCC panelsindividual motor controll starter panels, electrical gadgets, All valves,level indicators etcand internal & external illumination complete withall other electrical accessories and ancilliariesfor round the clocksupply of water as per direction of E.I.C including b) Operation and guarding of outdoor type 11/0.433. KVSub-Station (400KVAx 2nos Transformer)(650 KVAHT AVR) including Sub-Station equipment’s, and other allied accessories including operation of HV Panel Boards, Control Panel Board, Capacitor Banks, 110 Volt DC trip circuit, battery charger etc. also operation of LV panel board for lighting arrangementby engaiging 3(Three) nosoperating personnel supply of water as per direction of E.I.C including Labour charges for for operation and guarding of pump / valve / arrangement related to gaseous chlorination system with all accessories.for round the clockby engaiging 4(Four) nosoperating personnel supply of water as per direction of E.I.C including 2 ESIC Contribution of Empleyers for SL No-(1) 3 EPF Contribution of Empleyers for SL No-(1) 4 Routine and periodical maintenance ofClear waterpumps, motors, manual operated valves , tightening of nut bolt of sluice valve, air valve, dismantling joint ,replacement of gland packing for pumps and sluice valves with proper lubrication of motor bearings including replacements of indicating lamp with holder etc. Cleaning ofClear water Pump House, PDB room Switch room,in regular manner by providing all necessary material viz. cotton duster, broom sticks, detergent soap, etc. as per direction of E.I.C. 5 Servicing, Testing and Calibration i) 11/0.433KVSub-Station (400KVAx 2nos Transformer) for Clear water equipments and ii) 11/11 KV(650KVAx 1 nos AVR) and different relays, breakers, metercontacor etc and cleaning of carbon shoots from bus bar, breaker, CT & PT chamber etc. for smooth operation of the Sub-Station by any testing Agency approved by WBSEDCL or Directorateof Electricity Board as per direction ofE.I.C.as per scope of work. (twice in a year)N.B- Report for all Testing & Servicing certificate to be submitted 6 Supervision charges for electrical installation by licensed electrician having requisite parts as per IE rules 1956 with latest amendments and overhead expenditures for the above period. 7 Supervision charges for Gas Plant by Gas Plant Supervision and the cost of visit charges of the Gas Plant Supervisor at least two day in a month along with expart technician for servision of the installation for the above period 8 Add: 1% Cess
