Tender For Micro Tunneling Work For Laying 33Kv Ug Cable (Length 4.840) I.R.O. Ashokenagar Gss- Jeerat 33/11 Kv Sub-Station From Kamarpur 4 Pole To Jeerat Sub-Station Under Barasat Division.- 1 Survey of cable route as per instruction of site Engineer. 2 GIS Survey 3 Excavation of soil for making of Trial hole (Minm. Size 1.1x0.5x1.2M depth) as per instruction of Site Engineer incliding backfilling the excavated soil. 4 Excavation of soil for formation of cable trench having minimum size 1.1x0.5 and reinstatement for the cable trench with the excavated soil after completion of laying and dressingof 1 numbers 33 KV grade 3x400 SQMM XLPE UG cable and cable protection work as per specification and direction of the site Engineer.(R/L-3800 Mtr.) 5 Supply of kiln burnt 1st class bricks having proper size & shape suitable for cable protective cover as per instruction of site Engineer(24 Nos per mtr). 6 Laying of Bricks as per drawing and instruction of site Engineer. 7 Micro Tunneling work with laying of HDPEPipe as per instruction of site engineer and as per site condition including supply of PE-80, PN-6, 200 mm dia HDPE pipe as per IS:4984-2016 including preparation & submission of drawing. 8 Laying & dressing of 33KV XLPE 3x400 sqmm cable in the excavated cable trenches as per drawing no. PLN(D)/SS/126 dt. 23.06.2018 and as per instruction of site engineer. 9 Assistance for making Straight Through Joint 10 Assistance for making of End termination joint (outdoor & indoor). 11 Making Protective Duct for Cable Joint Complete as per WBSEDCLs approved drawing(Ref: PLN(D)/SS/128, dt: 23.06.2018 12 Supply & fixing / laying of G.I. Pipe 200mm dia (medium) of make TATA / JINDAL / Equivalent as per I.S.I. suitable for cable protection as per instruction of site engineer. 13 Supply and Erection of cast iron cable marker on concrete foundation blocks for straight run, road crossing, joint location etc as per drawing no. PLN(D)/SS/128 dt. 23.06.2018 & as per instruction of site engineer. 14 Earthing complete at one side of laid cable as per instruction of site engineer with supply of materials. 15 Supply & filling of yellow sand in void portion of brick box after laying cable(with 75 mm sand level at base filling the space should between cable and bricks yellow sand (10 % of the total excavated portion. 16 Fixing of 33 KV LA and cable necessary fabrication of iron materials (LA & Iron materials will be supplied by WBSEDCL) 17 Supply & fixing of 33 KV Straight Through tapex joint (Denson)Jointing Kit for 3Cx400 SQmm XLPE Cable. 18 Supply & fixing of 33 KV O/D HS Joint for 3Cx400 Sqmm Cable (Raychem). 19 Flat earth for LA and cable (Earthing by G.I pipe electrode 50 mm dia and 3 mtr long with perforation of 12 mm dia holes @150 mm and G.I Flat 65X6 mm Made TATA/ JINDAL(All Materials to be supplied by the agency)
