Tender For Annual Maintenance Of Work At Industrial Area Parsakhera Distt- Bareilly(U.P.) - Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass brush wood, trees and saplings of grith up to 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up toa distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. 3 First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 4 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & fine sand of 1.25 F.M. 5 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone ballast 20 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of form work in foundation & floors. 6 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement, 4 coarse sand, 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of form work in foundation and floors. 7 Earth work in excavation for foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay, or sand) including lift up to 1.50 m and lead up to 30.00 m and also including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In charge up to a lead of 50.00 m. 8 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping & hooks. 9 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 in raft foundation and footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid. Excluding GST. 10 Supply of JCB machine with POL & operator. 11 Supply of Tractor & trrolly include driver & POL 12 Construction of Granular sub base by providing Coarse gradede material spreading in uniform layers with layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting Vibratory roller to achieved the desired density complete as per clause 401 13 Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared sürface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 14 Provinding and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminos granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 15 Providing and laying 40 MM thick Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 P TPH batch type HMP prouding an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, tronsporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, to achieve required compaction as per MORTH Specificatio Clause no 509, including tack coat complete in all respect, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work.
