Mechanical foam type portable/trolley/wheel mounted extinguisher 12 Supply of portable discharge rod of first class insulation suitable for working on transmission network havingvoltage 220KV/132KV/33KV (CPRI TYPE TESTED) with total length of 7.20meter & consisting of following items in each set. 13 Digital Multimeter (4 ½ Digit ) (Motwane make or equivalent) 14 HOSE BOX (Suitable for 2x15m Hose) MS 15 HOSE PIPE 63ØX 15M Long 16 Erection of following equipments/ sub station structures at 220KV sub station Naubasta Kanpur. The job includes all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily as per instruction manual, job also includesfabrication if required or as per the direction by the supervising engineer. 17 Sub station structure 18 33KV CT 19 33KV CT junction box 20 33KV line isolator 21 33KV bus isolator 22 33KV VCB 23 33KV tripple feeder panel 24 Making of interconnection /cable schedulebetween VCB/CB/CT/PT/Isolators to C&R panel as per drawing manual. 25 Earthing of structure and equipment’s the job includes cutting strengthening, bending and 500mm below inside ground level of 75x10 or 50x6mm size MS flat earthing of various equipment’s/structure including welding with earth met andremoval of stone and breaking of turfing then earth excavation of trench and back filling, painting and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily(approx.100 RMT) 26 Laying of following size control cable in the trench from various equipments to J.B. / control panel with proper dressing including fixing of cable tray as per cable schedule. 27 2Cx2.5mm2 28 4Cx2.5mm2 29 10Cx2.5mm2 30 Termination of all control cable as per cable schedule including making necessary hole in the gland plate at box where required including all associated works like providing ferrules etc. 31 Supply & Fixing of phase indication of 75mm circle (R,Y,B) color suitable for 33KV bay (like CB/CT/LI/BIetc) 32 Supply & Fixing of various Name plate by 2mm sheet of size 400x200mm with covering retro reflecting sheetsuitable for 33kv bay (like CB/CT/LI/BI/Panel etc) 33 Providing and fixing of LED light fitting 120watt LED type with the help of bend pipe and clamps with structure column & proper connection of cable to complete the job satisfactorily.(bend pipe with clamp shall be provided by the contractor) 34 Providing and fixing of double door type junction box MCB type with the structure including cable lightening termination work etc. 35 Jumpering of 33KV bay including Main bus withpanther conductor with the help of clamps. The job includes cutting, measuring, straingthening and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 36 Dismantling of 33KV main bus bar tarantulla conductors(01Nos. Y & B-Phase bus inmain bus-III) including all associated work to complete the satisfactorily.The job also includes shifting of dismantled materials up to S/S store 37 Stringing of new section 33KV main bas bar(01Nos. Y & B-Phase bus in main bus-III) by tarantulla conductor the work involve hoisting of disc insulators fixing of tension fitting & all other associated works .The job includes shifting ofrequired material from S/S store to work site .
