( Note : WPC will be measured separately). 5 M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C2 1:3:6 cement mortar using (20 mm graded aggregate)with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar,complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L Hard core, broken to gauge n exc 63 mm all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for providing, cement concrete Type C11:3:6 using (20 mm graded aggregate )as in lintels upto1.5m clearspan,cills,steps; seismicand other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets andrailings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not providedfor in Item 04028, watertroughs and the like includingweathering,slightly roundedor chamfered angles andthroating, as directed in coping of retainin wall all as specified and directed 8 M&L Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre,thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed. 9 Rolling and consolidated formation surfaces with 8 to 12 ton Road Rooler 10 M&L Cement concreate type B-2 ,1:2:4 (using 40 mm, graded stone aggregate ) 100 mm thicklaying in floor / paving and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is greenand using requireform workcomplete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous fillerand top 30mm primed andsealed with sealing compound,Grade ‘A’ allfor 100 mm thick pcc slab as specified and directed. 12 M&L Cement concreate type D-2 ,1 : 4 : 8 (using 40 mm, graded stone aggregate75 mm thicklaying in floor / paving complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. 14 Chequered cement concrete tile 20CM x 20CM x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including cement mortar bedding 20mm thick in CM 1 : 4, 20mm thick complete all as specified and directed.. 15 M&Lfor Machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver blocks of any shape andsize conforming to IS 15658- 2006of 60 mm thick M-35 grade with grey cement andpigment with glosey finish andincluding removing the existing paver blockscomplete all as specified and directed.. 16 M & L for repairsto potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed. 18 Scarifying and picking gravelled macadam or biltuminous macadam surfacesin areaexc 400 Sqm, exc 50 mm deep and not exc100mm deep complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge 19 M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-30 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with pressure sprayer over existing black top surface etc complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L for premix bituminous macadam (BM) (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver,duly rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The contractors quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i)The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing BM. (ii)In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs.32 per Kg 21 M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-30 grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm with pressure sprayer over unsurfaced WBM etc complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen of VG-30 grade)by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, the surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller andtandem vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed.
