Tender For Urgent Infrastructure Upgrades At Ada-Nftc; 1 Demolishing brickwork in cement mortar manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material away from the site as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. And maintaining the required slight slope at the entrance for easy movement of vehicles * Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix. 3 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead for existing tiles. All dismantled materials should be taken away from the site. 4 Dismantling C.I. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes away from the site as per direction given by Engineer-in-charge. 5 Dismantling G.I. pipe including stacking of dismantled pipesas per direction of Engineer in-Charge with Internal Work- Exposed on wall.All dismantled materials should be taken away from the site. 6 Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitreous China) including disposal of unserviceable materialsaway from the site. 7 Dismantling/Removal of existing MS grill windows located at 1st& 2nd floor, scope includes shifting those windows to a suitable place and finishing works after removal(plastering and leveling, painting etc) 8 Charges towards removing existing UPVC window &refixing of another place cost including civil work painting etc approximate size of UPVCwindows 1.2mtrX1.5mtr. 9 Dismantling, shifting and reassembling of exciting wooden storage located at room no 14 of size 2m x 0.5m with neat and attractive finish, including transportation, shifting, labor, complete and all other details as per ADA instructions. 10 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by manual or mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. 11 Charges towards Rental bases movable Scaffolding, installation charges include labor, loading - unloading, two time transportation. 12 Providing and laying of Cement Concrete 1:4:8 with 40 mm nominal size aggregates for flooring bed of 150mm thickness. Including the cost of all materials, labor, compaction, leveling, at all levels, leads and lifts, curing, shuttering etc complete as per ADA instructions. 13 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure in all shapes and sizes in with Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). The rate is inclusive of cost of transportation, labour for shifting, necessary tools & machineries etc., with all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge. 14 Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure with Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand). The rate is inclusive of cost of transportation, labor for shifting, necessary tools & machineries etc., with all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer in charge. 15 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600x600 mm with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colors and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete as per ADA instructions.Including Size of Tile 600x600 mm/300mmx450mm (dadoing same as rough plastering ). 16 Providing and fixing Ist quality vitrified wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours,of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in dado, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 17 12 mm cement plaster of mix for Internal plastering with 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)etccomplete as per ADA instructions. 18 6 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of Lime wash on top of walls when dry for bearing of R.C.C. slabs and beams.
