    Tender Details

    Tender For Boiler Tube Cleaning And Refectory Work - (i) Cleaning of the boiler house from the roof of the boiler to the bottom including all columns and ducting. (ii) Internal and external cleaning of all the three boilers installed in the mill. Pac provided by the mill, (iii) Internal cleaning of all the tubes of all the three boilers with flexible shaft. (iv) Internal and external cleaning of the air heater of all the three boilers, economizer of boiler no. 02 and 03 and steam and mud drum. (v) Cleaning of both the chimneys from inside and dumping its ash at the specified place. (vi) Dumping all the ash coming out at the specified place. (i) Complete cleaning of all the equipment installed from both the chimneys to the wet square pit from outside and inside and dumping its ash at the specified place. (ii) (ii) Whitewashing of both pits of wet square with lime. Refactory work of boiler tubes. Voiler No. 01- Repairing of rear wall from inside. Installing new walls inside ducting. Removing all the nozzles of furnace and installing new ones and repairing them. Repairing the arch and furnace. Renovating the wall about 01 meter above the header. Repairing the roof. Repairing all the baffles. Boiler No. 02- Repairing the back wall from inside. Installing new walls inside the ducting. Removing all the nozzles of the furnace and installing new ones and repairing them. Repairing the arch and furnace. Removing the damaged floor of the furnace and making a new one. Repairing the roof. Repairing all the baffles. Pac Boiler No. 03- Repairing all the windows. Repairing soot blower wall. Removing roof and rebuilding it. Repairing arch. Removing furnace cap and rebuilding it. Repairing all damaged baffles and walls. In addition to above, carrying out other refractory related works on boiler.
