| 1 | DG SET AND AMF PANELDG & AMFSupply, installation, testingand commissioning of ,three Phase, 415 V AC, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF, Silent DG Set of rating 20 KVA comprising of Engine coupled with alternator of suitable make mounted on a common base frame complete with Acoustic enclosure along with following items:-a) Engine: The Engine shall be, Liquid cooled with radiator and fan, Turbo charged, powered byfour (4) strokes, shall be electric starting by 12 V DC starter motor system and fitted with Electronic Governor to match with, alternator 20 KVA at 0.8 pf (lagging).b) Acoustic enclosure: Acoustic enclosure with Residential Silencer and noise level less than or equal to 75 db at a distance of 1 m from of Acoustic enclosure. Accousticandweatherproofenclosurewith arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine& alternator,extraction,discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per CPWD specifications. DG set complete with Acoustic enclosure shall be made of Pre-treated and Powder coated CRCA Sheet with vermin proof. AVM Pads as per engine manufacturer standard shall be provided for DG.c) Alternator: Alternator with rated output of 20 KVA at STP suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM developing 415 volts at 0.8 p. f. (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, three phase, 4 wire system. The alternator shall be brushless type, drip proof, screen protected as per IP-23, self excited & self regulated. The alternator must be provided with class-H insulation.d) Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following:(i)Start-stop switch with key(ii) Coolant temperature indication(iii)Lubrication oil pressure indication(iv)Lubrication oil temperature indication(v) Battery charging indication(vi)RPM indication(vii)Over speed indication(viii) Low lubricant Oil trip indication(ix)Engine Hours indicatione) The DG set should meet the requirement of CPCB-IV and DG accoustic enclosure shall have inbuilt fuel tank along with fuel oil filter, level indicator.f) Approval Certificate (as per CPCB IV norms) for the specified rating of the Power Generator from any of the designated agency authorized by CPCB, Type test report for Alternator latest to conform the specifications. Company warranty certificate for 1 years on complete DG set shall be provided.g) Inclusive of Transport to Site and Unloading at site. |
| 2 | Fabricating, Installing, Testing & Commissioning of AMF control panel suitable for 20 KVA silent type DG set. The Panel shall be surafce/wall mounted, metal clad cubicle type in construction, to form a compact assembly in dust/ damp and vermin proof type. The thickness of sheet steel members shall not be less than 1.5 mm for cold roll steel.AMF panel shall be complete with all accessories such ascontactor/MCCBs having sufficent rating,2 Pole 2 way Selector switch,3 pole 2 way selector switch,Indicator,Battery charger, AMF relays etc. for auto changeover supply from Grid to DG set and vice-sersa..Suitable rating of MCCB with over-load and short -circuit protection shall be mounted in the Control Panel for the isolation loads.MCBs shall be provided for the isolation/protection of control circuit. Inclusive of Transport to Site and Unloading at site. |
