    Tender For Urgent Repairs To Departmental Tippers-1 Complete Dismantling of self-assembly of the vehicle by engaging skilled labors, finding out the fault, shifting of the same to Baramulla workshop. The job includes P/F fitting of the fallowing items. :- ( JK05B-6994)1. Self-Carbon Brush Set 1.1 Solenoid Switch 1.2 Self-Bender Drive 1.3 Self-Bush set 1.4 Self-Button 1.5 Replacement of fuses Job include re- assembling of self-assembly and fitting back to the vehicle includes cot on account of engaging of skilled labours, carriage etc. 2 Dismantling of 02 No M.S. Diesel tanks from tipper No: JK05B-6992 and JK05B- 6994 by way of cutting of angle iron /channel supports welded at bottom and sides of tippers, so as to make tippers feasible for carrying out various materials/ pipes for dredging Sub division Job include arrangement welding gen-set and machine to cut all the Anchor Supports of the M.S tanks (1100Ltr & 5500 Ltr Capacity), Job also includes cost on account of tools tackles and skilled labours involved for executing the said job. One tank is to be unloaded at Jetty yard another at Divisional Yard. 3 Minor repairing / Soldering to fins /radiator tank with complete servicing of radiator , hose pipes with chemical solutions (JK05B-9212) 4 Complete Dismantling of self-assembly of Tipper No: JK05B-9210, Shifting to Workshop Baramulla for repairs Job include complete dismantling of the self with removing worn out/ damaged parts, then P/F of new parts as under: - 1.P/F of Solenoid Switch = 4.1 P/F of Carbon brush set = 4.2 P/F of bush Set = 4.3 P/F of self-Bendix, drive. Job include re- assembling of self-assembly and fitting back to the vehicle includes cot on account of engaging of skilled labours, carriage etc.
