Line by ABC of diff. size including all associated work with joint/jumpers and binding of insulator as required. 38 Fixing of 3-Ph. Distribution Box with clamp, N&B with complete all work as required. (All the required materials as DB Box Clamps, Piercing Connectors, Nut & bolts etc for this job shall be provided by the contractor except Distribution Box) 39 Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job- 40 Clamp for Distribution Box with nut & bolt 41 Piercing Connector 42 Mounting of following Transformer on double pole including its cartage and dragging from dump site to pit site & installation and commissioning of T/Fs and All the jumpering & connection with the system are included in the scope of work. (All the required materials as 04 nos.-Al. Lugs for each T/F, Nut & bolts for S/S Angle etc for this job shall be provided by contractor except T/Fs) 43 T/F 25 KVA / 63 KVA / 100 KVA 44 Construction of masonry type T/F plinth, suitable for mounting of distribution transformer. Size of the plinth will be 1.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr (LxB) solid with brick work. 75 mm thick C.C. in ratio 1:4:8 with cement, coarse sand and brick ballast laid on the base and 75 mm thick done on all the exposed sides to the plinth as per RESPO norms. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor) 45 Placement of 11/0.4 KV T/F from dump site to newly constructed T/Fs Plinth & installation and commissioning of T/F and All the jumpering & connection with the system are included in the scope of work. 46 Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job- 47 Al. Lugs for T/F @ 04 nos. for each T/F 48 Copper L-piece of appropriate size @ 04 nos. for each T/F 49 Insulated Lead of Single Core Al. Cable of size 25 sqmm for HT side connection @ 30 mtr for each T/F 50 Earthing of Neutral of Transformer & Transformer body by way of boring and lowering of ‘B’ class G.I. Pipe 1.5” dia from ground up to the water level (Minimum 40 ft. Deep) with a solid cone at the lower end of G.I. pipe. Connecting and bringing out contineous G.I. Strip size 32X5 mm. from the cone to the ground surface where it will be connected with G.I. pipe clamp from which Transformer neutral & Body connection being done by G.I. Strip as per RESPO norms . (All the material will be arranged by the contractor) 51 Supply & Fixing of L.T. Tailless Fuse Unit with 01 nos. I/C and 03 nos. O/G Circuit arrangement by erection & fabrication of Distribution Pillar Box Pinth and LT Distribution Pillar Box of with Canopy type top along with front & back opening double door with locking arrangement made of MS Sheet. Fixing of 03 nos. Henley type tailless unit of appropriate rating for 01 nos. incoming and 03 nos. outgoing circuit arrangement with 03 nos. copper bus bar and 01 nos. All. Bus bar. Painting of LT Pillar Box with 02 coat red oxide paint and 02 coat enemal red paint ISI Mark including all associated work as per RESPO Norms. (All the required materials & accessories as Al. Lugs/Clamps of diff. size for LT Tailless unit at incoming and outgoing side, fuse wire of appropriate capacity etc for above job shall be provided by contractor) 52 Laying of LT PVC Cable from Transformer to LT Fuse Unit system and main distribution system including all associated work. (All the required materials for above job shall be provided by contractor except LT PVC Cable) 53 Fabrication and erection of Distribution Transformer fencing around Transformer and L.T. Distribution Pillar Box with 01 nos. gate & locking arrangement including cost of M.S. Angle size 40x40x5 and M.S. Flat size 35x5, fixing of welded steel wire fabric on steel frames by welding of 10 SWG wire fabric, including Painting of two coats of paint in iron based surfaces with ready mixed paint to give bus green shade including cleaning of oil & dust as per RESPO norms. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor) 54 Laying of 33 KV / 11 KV XLPE Cable of diff. size with sand and bricks as per RESPO Norms. 55 Fixing of cable jointing kit of diff. size 56 Installation and commissioning of new metering cubical and CT/PT Unit of diff. size with proper commssioning as per RESPO Norms 57 33 KV / 11 KV Cable Hosting including jumpering etc. complete work with help of G.I. Pipe as per RESPO Norms (G.I. Pipe and other required material shall be provided by the contractor) 58 Cutting of Tree Branches lying in the route of making new 11 KV/ LT Line 59 Safe Carriage of 25 KVA / 63 KVA / 100 KVA T/F from work dump site to Electricity store center Unnao with loading, unloading and proper stocking.
