Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - (A) SOIL INVESTIGATION 1. (a) Drill 150mm diameter bore holes minimum 10 m and conduct standard penetration test (SPT) as per IS- specification , for collection of soil properties (SBC) at depth 1.5Mtr, 2.0Mtr, 3.0Mtr, 4.5Mtr, and 6.0Mtr, 7.50m 9.00m & 10.00mm SBC are required for the following size of footing on depth of (1.00m ,1.50m, 2.00m & 2.50m depth) (aa) 1.20Mtr x 1.20Mtr (ab) 1.50Mtr x 1.50Mtr (ac) 2.00Mtr x 2.00Mtr (ad) 2.50Mtr x 2.50Mtr (b) Recomendations as regards possibility of liquefaction of soil in case of saturated or partially saturated loose /uncompacted sandy soils. (c) Disturbed & undisturbed soil samle to be collected at a samling interval of 1.0mtr depth or change in strata as per relevent IS Code. (d) following Lab test to be conducted in disturbed soil sample to be collected as considered necessary according to relevent IS code IS-2720 and detailed result to be given in tabular form:- (i) Seive Analysis & grain size distribution by Seive analysis & hydrometer test (ii) Atterberg Limit (iii) Natural Moister Content (iv) Particle Size Distribution (v) Bulk Density/ dry Density (e) Following lab test to be conducted on undisturbed soil sample as considered necessary according to relevent specification of IS 2720 and detailed result showing all relevent calculation, inferences, indices and parameter shall be given in the soil report. (i) Natural Moisture content (ii) Bulk Density (iii) specific gravity (iv) Free Soil Index (v) Organic Matter in soil if any (vi) Consolidation Test ( Compressive Index Valve) (vii) Triaxial Compression test for determination of shear Parameter ( C&Φ test) as per relevent IS (viii) Harmful Salt ( Complete investigation as already ref) (f) Ground Water Table & HFL (i) maximum and minimum level of ground water in Each 29 JOB ONE the area with source of information. (ii) Ground water Table observed during the investigation . (iii) recommondation for filling under Floor . 2. (b) SBC test, depth upto 1.2m or hard strata whichever is met first (Test Method - Tri Pit). Note: 01 No Tri pit of size 1.2 Mtr x 1.2 Mtr, 5.0 Mtr away from the BH (Centrally placed). Each 6 JOB ONE 3. Preparation of Soil Investigation Report (a) A detailed site plan showing the approx location of each bore duly numbered as per log of borehole should be enclosed with every sites Soil Investigation Report. Location of foundation of adjacent structures, especially those that might be impacted by the proposed construction should be indicated with details in site plan. (b) Every page of the Soil Investigation Report should have the Name of the Job for which Soil Investigation is being carried out. (c) Six copies of ink singed test reports should be submitted with detailed description of filed investigations carried out, soil classification and general nature of soil strate, water table, interpretation of test results, grains size distribution curves, compressive index curves, site plan etc as listed in preceding paragraphs. (d) Photographic record of geo explorations as well as testing shall also form part of the report.
