Joint 35 Repair sleeves 36 P.A.Rod 37 120KN Polymer insulator suitable for 132kV tension fitting. 38 ERACTION OF UNDERGROUND CABLE 39 Route survey & preparation of drawing including digging of trail pits for specified route length. 40 Excavation of trench. 41 Lifting of cable to tower top and placing for termination. 42 Formation of trenchless road crossing with HDPE pipe for 03+01 single core cable. 43 Sand bedding and laying of all (3+1) single core cable along with the approach cable in excavated trench (including jointing and installation pf Approach cable). 44 Backfilling of trench with sand ,RCC cover and installation of warning tape, route marker and filling and levelling of excavated earth work site shall be left as clean as possible. 45 Installation of straight throught joint kit including earthing , civil and all other associated works. 46 Installation of outdoor end termination kit includingallassociated works. 47 Installation of three phase link boxes with/without SVL. 48 Installation of single phase link boxes with/without SVL. 49 Testing and commissioning per bay. 50 Laying of all (3+1) single core cable through HDPE pipe in trenchless road crossing along with installation of approach cable . 51 Fencing around the tower structure barbed wire etc. 52 ERACTION MONOPOLE ERECTION WORK AND ACCESSORIES 53 Survey including preparation of final tower schedule of material,marking of location(Route length) and super impose the GPS coordinates of diverted locations on diverted road plan to get the clearance from building etc before start the work. 54 Check survey and final peg marking. 55 Cost of excavation of 132 KV SC MONOPOLE foundation pits including all earth work back filling and levelling etc 56 Cost of concreting for all types 132 KV SC MONOPOLE foundation including cost of cement , dewatering,shorting and shuttering, forming and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars with M20/M25 57 Cost of pilling upto 10/15 mtr depth including bulbs upto 600 mm dia, cost also includes laying and reinforcement & bentronite bags but excludes the cost of reinforcement & concrete. 58 Cost for setting allignment of bolts along with sacrifical & normal template (Rate per location) for following 132 SC MONOPOLES(in no.) 59 Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting, bending, placing, binding etc 60 Erection of 132 Kv monopoles & their extensions wherever required including all work above ground level,civil foundation and erection of structure for LA including all associated works as well as civil foundation and erction of structure for installation of outdoor termination. 61 Tack welding of all the bolts at base plate of Monopole(including adhesive locking/anti theft paste of all the bolts at base plate of monopole) (50X3)=150 62 Laying,stringing,tensioning clamping,jointing etc of ACSR PANTHER conductor including hoisting of insulators,fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories on all 3 phases of 132 KV SC LINE from existing 132KV SC TOWER TO MONOPOLE at both end. 63 Laying,stringing,tensioning clamping,jointing etc of Opgw wireof 132 KV SC LINE from existing 132KV SC TOWER TO MONOPOLE at both end. 64 Grounding work excluding cost of earthing materials & including cost of material salt &coke etc(LS) 65 DISMANTALING WORK OF EXISTING 132KV SC TOWER 66 Dismantalling of all 3-phase of existing ACSR PANTHER conducto hardware fitting & conductor accessories i.e. vibration damper,armour rod, insulator strings, etc of existing line& re-rolli of dismantled conductor on empty drum for re-use, safely transporation of all removed material to UPPTCL as per direction supervisioning engineer from Tower No. 10 to 16. 67 Dismentalling of existing 132KV SC CKT tower after cutting/oper of nuts, bolts section by section after cutting of tack welding b etc (TOWER NO 11 DA + TOWER NO 12 DB). 68 Shifting up to storage place of UPPTCL as per direction supervisioning engineer with all cost of men, T&P required proper complete of work. 69 Shut Down charges ( For 132 KV @ 4,00,000.00/Days) 70 Construction of cable trench internal size 1000 mm x 1500mm including its excavation, PCC (4 inch)in 1:4:8, M-25 Cement concrete & reinforcement, Wall size 127mm, bed size 127mm, double cage bed and both wall, slab (5 inch) etc reqired the completion of the work as per directed by E/I as per designed.
