Tender For Ghodwal Road to Tikti Tajpur Coating Repair Work(Hotmix) - Clearing and Grubbning Road Land including uprooting wild vegetation , grass, bushes , shrubs, saplings and trees of grith uoto 300mm , removel of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable ,materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per technical specification clause 201 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing ,laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thikness,hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/binding material to fill-up interstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per technical Specification clause 405 4 Providing ,laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thikness,hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening material to fill-up interstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per technical Specification clause 405 for Avg.patch repair work. 5 Providing and applying primar coat with bitumen (SS-1) ON Prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm. Using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bituman distributorb at the rate of 0.35nkg per sqm on the prepared bituminous cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 502 7 Providing ,laying and rolling of open- graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base,including mixing in a sutable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be fillowed by (ex.cost of) seal coat of either r type C as per technical specification clause 508 8 Providing and applying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and fall using Type C as per technical specification clause 510 9 Brick edging with Straigth over Burnt Brick Both side of Road Including all labour materles & t&P. as per technacl Sapecification Clause-412. 10 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tabled 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification 11 Providing and laying of hot thermoplastic compund 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area. Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per irc 35 2015 the finished surface to the level uniform and free from streaks and holesl 12 Providing and erecting direction and place identification sign as per irc:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 75 th 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with 15 grade cement concrete 13 Earthworkin excavation for widening of road.removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a leat of 50m dressing of side 14 cement concrete m 15 grade kilometer stone/local stone of standard design as per irc:8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc as per drwing and technical specifiaction clause 1701 15 Supply and fixing of sign board writing letter etc. with proper completion of the work.
